Begonia is software childcare centers use to run their day and to stay in touch with families.
Your center sets up your login and decides what you can see, so many questions are fastest
answered there. Anything else comes to us.

Families
Signing in. Your center sends you an invitation. If it has expired or you
cannot find it, ask the center for a new one.
Your child's information. To change contacts, pickups, the doctor or
allergies, send the change from the Account tab or ask your center. The center approves it.
Notifications. Turn them on in the app when it asks, or later from your
phone's Settings, under Begonia.
Deleting your account. In the app, open Account, then Account settings,
then Your account. If the same login is also a staff login, the center has to separate the two
first. You can also delete your account without the app.
Centers and staff
Logins, roles and invitations for staff are managed by your center's owner or director,
under Team. Staff can delete their own login under Account settings, Your account.

Your information
How Begonia handles information about children, families and staff is set out in the
privacy policy. A request about your information can go to your
center or to us.
